Trying not to displease God by having sex outside or before marriage and can't also withstand the urge of having sex. What will one do to avoid the act of fornication?

For me i'm confuse but i know some will say that masturbating is the best answer.
But before concluding on this please go through the scripture cf. GENESIS 38:9-10

Wats d relationship can't see it? Although I believe its a sin due to religious conscience bt not withstanding it is definately better than promiscuity.. Bt the best way avoid it is to occupy ur mind wit oda tots wen d nid arises.. Steer clear 4rm tins dayt will give u d urges expecially wen ur wife or spouse isn't there 2 fulfill her duties.. Jst my opinion subject to correction..
