Please help. My curve 4 does not have an option for selectin a 3g or even a 2g network. Its just showing automatic. How do i get it to hv a 3g or 2g network?

The spec of your phone should have made you understand it doesn't have 3g.

Other curve 4s, do, but I think yours was given off freely during a blackberry promo.

Did you buy it newly? Then check the specifications on the cartons, if it indicates that it is 3g compatible then you should be entitled to a refund.

But if it's a second hand phone, then you have no option .


Just sell it off!
