Chocolate City rapper Ice Prince is BET's best African musician. He beat fellow Nigerian musician 2face Idibia who won the award alongside D'banj last year. His win makes him the first Nigerian rapper to win the award. The only other Nigerian rapper that was nominated is M.I. He however did not win. The obviously excited musician paid tribute to Nigerian music Legend Fela on twitter.
