Good day, i feel the price is on the high side, i can put up a good three bedroom for 2million within Ibadan only provided all the land documents including survey are ready.

My friend you can easily post your own topic ,even if you build 7 bedroom duplex for 1m its your lucky.See you dont even know that some construction company build 3 bedroom flat (with good standard)for 7-8million.
