Iganmode, a run down public school producing best mathematics students three years in a row! So what are the high paying private schools doing? Just collecting money from egocentric, status-hungry parents. Abeg, who is that math teacher who has really done so well to produce such brilliant students. All the success should go to that teacher and the entire management of Iganmode Gram.
Reminds me of my maths teacher way back in the early 90s, Mr. Akanbi of Methodist Grammar Schl, Bodija Ibadan, made maths a walk in the park for someone like me. I never thought mathematics could be so easy until he started handling maths for us and before we knew it, the whole class saw maths as the easiest subject and we all went on to score As at SSCE. Even further engineering maths in UNILAG could not stop me from scoring A's as an engineering student

Thanks to all the good teachers out there..
Also many thanks to the organisers of this competition..... other multinationals too should take a cue and do something more productive that will ad to nation building rather than just spending millions on musical jamboree called reality TV shows

There are lazy and brilliant folks all over the land. FYI, most public schools in the SW are most mono-ethnic unlike their private counterparts you see multi-ethnic people there.

Foreigners gave Wole SOyinka ( a yoruba man) Nobel Laureatte. Last time i checked several igbo writers were also in existence in that year an up till now, not even one has been nominated. Gbam
