Yes its fat bob marleys at the side and corn row AKA weaving that looks like Ghanian braids on the other side. The hairstyle however will suit women who have a full head of hair. If a lady has a scanty skull with few hair strands, she might not be able to pull off this hairstyle.

The make up sha, she needs to tone it down a bit, she will look better. Nice braids though.
