From The time you started watching football till date, Who do u pick as your favourite player?
I take Finidi George. Though not soo celebrated like the rest, i think he's the best. He was a big deciding factor in many of the super eagles Victories. He was the best team player. His passes were good, he was fast , he tackles, and he scores nice goals.
His contributions made ajax win the champions league in 95

In my opinion, I think Zidane stands slightly above the rest. there are soem that will ague that zidane didnt play such a crucial part in France's victory in the 1998 world cup, after picking up a red card which forced him to miss 3 games in the world cup.
but he came back to score 2 goals in the final. more importantly agaisnt Brazil (agueably the most dificult side to beat in a world cup final, considering that that was the only time Brazil ever lost in a World cup final).

But there is no doubt he won the trophy for France in euro 2000. his perfomance and contribution was out of this world. particularly against spain and portugal in the quarter final and semi final.

and of course there are his heroics in the CL with Madrid. notably that magical volley that sealed victory in the final.

a player that has won every single football trophy that is there to be won (including world footballer of the year on 3 seperate occasions) deserves respect.

Oh, I meant to say super eagle players. zidane is my favourite. There is non like him
