I salute you, But if you are yet to undergo a medical check-up, then you are in no position to say you are healthy. Simple test and check up will certify you healthy...

The English name for agbalumo is star-apple. But all the fruits are acidic now except sugar-cane which is no fruit anyway.

Thanks op. I believe the Udara is in the plum family. All those who find themselves hating any of these fruits might be because of bad experiencesexperiences with unripe or bad fruits. Try the good ones, especially the ones that got really matured and ripe on the tree. You can come over and have an hour of strolling through the orchard in Kamang and have a lunch of just fruits. You will love it.

I eat garden eggs a lot.But orange is my favourite. There is need for me to start eating all or most of d aforementioned fruits in reasonable proportions so long as they are good for my system. But d only problem is availability. Some of d fruits/vegetables are not easily seen at d nearest market, except in few distant places that have purely fruits/vegetables market.

druid06: Threads of this importance should be allowed to bask in the grace of the frontpage but it seems most Nigerians are not concious about health or any related topic.

Nice on by the way, keep them coming. My favorite fruit is Mango and it was no surprise to me when it made your list.

The English word for Udara/Agbalumo is Cherry. I might be wrong though.
Its not cherry. You are very wrong
