Requisites
General understanding of basic engineering principles at graduate level
Good mathematical comprehension and understanding
Interest in growing career in manufacturing/production engineering field
Proven good records in social behavior pre and post - tertiary institution
Trainable individual
Open minded towards learning good practices and unlearning bad ones
Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to prioritize accordingly
Confident and credible verbal presentation skills (for committee reporting)
Able to relate to staff at all levels including directors and staff members
Excellent written & presentation skills
Able to communicate effectively with professional advisers (e.g. External auditors & vendors)

EDUCATION
1st degree (HND & Bsc) in engineering field
Relevant post graduate training and development might be of added advantage.
