:Will Boko Haram members also fast during this holy month of Ramadan? .If they take part,in my personal opinion, it is obvious dat they are just going on hunger strike for 30 wasteful days. They must not expect any reward. If Almighty Allah, the Creator of all creatures and the entire universe is indeed who they are worshipping as they boldly claim through their bogus videos, their supplications will never get out of the roofs of their 'underground' hiding places let alone reach heaven. This fasting period is an opportunity for we Muslim world to denounce and reject terrorists and their activities, through our sermons and early-morning wake-up calls. Boko Haramists have spilled too much innocent blood. Islam is a religion of peace I believe from birth, but peace-loving Muslims in Nigeria must dedicate one of the fasting days to strongly rebuke these faceless blood-thirsty murderers down nationwide, through the several muslim associations/Islamic organisations. We can print T-shirts, banners,handbills, posters etc, reading: "Boko Haram is not for Islam--Murder is a Sin".Failure to do this, we would be seen by many people as hypocrites, closet whistle-blowers, pro-terrorists and 'show-off' muslims. All the prominent Nigerian muslims and peace-loving non-Muslims must openly condemn these murderers by saying 'Enough is enough.'This Boko Haram crisis is beyond politics and religion: this is a total civil war against peace-loving Nigerians.
