Does Man really have Free-Will if God is All-Knowing


Since God being all knowing means that he knows all that will happen in the near future. it can also be said that all a man will do in his life time is all ready known by God. And since he(GOD) can never be wrong, nothing we do or say can prove his foresight wrong.
With all this noted, does man really have the power to change his fate if God in his all knowing abilities all ready knew his ever choice past-present-future.
funny enough those whom he knew before their Creation that they will end up not meeting his requirements, he still goes ahead to create them just to condemn them to the ill-fate he is sure to come to past (or is he no longer all-knowing)

Secondly HE(GOD) is meant to be Omni-benevolence "perfect goodness"
The only defense any one can give for the source of evil has been that, man and angels were created with the power of free-will (which God knew in his all knowing power will someday back-fire) and for this reason they some how conceived evil thoughts and choose them over perfect goodness. (this sounds shady cos free will gave u the power to create/chose good or evil)
shady-nature of the story aside: the defense makes it look like man and angels were created to do things the even their creator couldn't even conceive in a thought let alone live it out (Evil)...

so my question
1) He is all knowing, yet left angels and humans to make bad decision which he knew was outside our power to avoid make since it will contradict his "all knowing power"
2) with all his "perfect" benevolence, he created being that were able to contradict his essence by convincing evil.
3) he is to punish them for doing what he knew for certain that they will do even before creating them.

here comes the big one
***** If all this about him can't be explained.... is it wrong to presume that we are all just part of a play, scripted by God to amuse and offer him company..
Or are our religious bodies feeding us #shit# about him just out of desperation to have him described while selling their religion...?

Can anything happen or be foreknown by God if God does not declare it? (Whether good or bad, God declares everything). So God foreknows because he declares

Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure. Isaiah 46:10
