QUALIFICATION: BSC in industrial relations, Psychology, or any related
Course.
MBA in Human Resources or CIPM/CIPD
Certification.

EXPERIENCE: 3 to 5 years working experience in HR.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENT: Good knowledge of transactional HR activities.
Ability to implement HR business partner model of
Works.
Strategically drive performance of the organization.
Ability to ensure motivated & satisfied work force.
Ability to implement the balance score card model.
Good knowledge of Selection & Recruitment process.
Good team player.
Ability to Implement HR policies and procedures.
Developing effective training programmes in
conjunction with other departments in the company.
Adapt strategies for people management and
development to fit the needs of the organization and
the people who work in them.

PREFERRED AGE/SEX: 28 TO 30 Years, sex is not a barrier.

Good knowledge on compute usage.
