just dismiss it.mayb u shd go to settings-applications den background tasks allow watsap and make sure u Av updated ur watsap to d latest version and make sure u AR not in battery saver mode

I've been trying to create an Xbox live account for months now. I keep getting an error. I've tried using both the Xbox live section under games and also using the browser but it still hasn't been successful. I get an 80154002 error code. How do I fix this?
