I'm just new in organising major events, and i've been nominated by the organisation to which i belong to assist in hosting a major summit this August.
This will require
playing host to some
priority/VIP guests.

I need the
advice of you guys who are experience in the arts of PROTOCOL and high-profile EVENT MANAGEMENT on the following...
1. How to suggest an itinerary to a high-profile keynote speaker
2. How to arrange the flight and hotel accommodation for VIP guests
3. How to recieve the guests at the airport and shuttling them
between the hotel and the event-venue 4. And how to arrange their departure.
