My name is Khalid, a muslim brother who is in-love and into courtship with an RCF choir Ibadan. We're planning to wed soon and the arrangement has not been something easy.

My plans is just doing the Registry things together with a traditional marriage and ignoring Nikkah or Church wedding. But all she wants is the church wedding and my parent will never follow me there.

The could work out good with your one or two little advice. Thanks as u drop your takes...

Religion was meant to drive people apart and shed blood for no reason, everyday we're subjected to its silliness, anyway go with a traditional wedding since its not controversial. Church Weddings are just formalized BS

Wish you the best with your wedding.
You should have a little ceremony in church if your fiancee's happiness matters to you. If your parents don't want to assist to it, that's their business.
You should have thought about these details before the engagement.
Good luck. smiley

by your question, my take is, by the story we read in the Holy book, it was tradditional marriage and not church wedding, you can draw its significant from the 1st miracle Christ performed.
