I'm about to jump into the android bandwagon (even though I'm still a die-hard blackberry fan tongue).
I need a budget phone and it seems Tecno (though I've never used a "chinko" phone before undecided) comes to mind with a 12-15k budget which of these is more ideal to buy Tecno N3, P3 or L3?
I also wanna know if the L3 has root access (cos that's a plus) if not then it's between N3 and P3.
Guys any better options. Please help me out. Thanks.

@benapeakout go for l3,it operate on a 4.0 android jelly bean,u dnt need to root it,rooting are meant for lower version,p3 and co,l3 is the latest u go gbadun am.
