Ive noticed that whenever i load a recharge card in my phone MTN will give me a bonus that is the same value of the card i loaded.
I will get this massage "you have received .....amount to call your best friend"

The bonus usually expires in a day. My problem is that i cant use this bonus airtime to make calls or browse, cos they still deduct from my main account.
Its so annoying looking at the bonus in my account but i cant use it

Any ideas, ive tried to call CC, but they will always put u on hold for ages.

you can't use it even if you av 0 kobo unless is not d type of bonus we re talking about...d only solution is those package with your registered number

Since Yesterday the code kept giving transaction failed. Have you tried it yourself and it worked?

Sorry about that Mr Honsule. May I please know your tarrif plan? For smooth talk and trutalk tariff plans, kindly use *380*1*THE MTN NUMBER# to regsiter 1 me2u number for MTN smoothtalk and 2 me2u numbers for MTN tru talk. After doin so, you can then call those me2u numbers with your bonus.

Mr calaba man, thank you for your time. can i drop my line number so you can check it up ? I am on tru talk and believe you me whenever I load more that 200 naira, I am given the credit alright but I am never able to use it. I have called customer care 3 good times and you know how annoying your people may be in taking longer than usual to recieve your calls. They promised to fix my line but till today nothing has benn done about it, The credit just wastes away. Kindly suggest a viable plen for me to go about utilising this credit.
