for the domain issue you can check www.mcreal.net they've been really helpful in the past and Im sure they'll figure that out for you.

Thanks for your suggestion. I will contact them. I'm really thinking of getting a nigerian domain rather than a dotcom or something else. Basically, the site will provide information covering the 4 major fields first - internal medicine, surgery, obgyn and pediatrics. There is to be a forum also where people could discuss. I'll contact u in future cos I'll need all the help I can get.
