A friend of mine who stays in lagos just graduated from law school and is thinking of starting up with a firm, but he got a bussiness with an enterpreneur which can guarantee him @least 50k daily with prospect of increase in pay but it require him moving from lagos..base on this he is confused hence help is needed by people who are well experience..should he take up the bussiness or go ahead in search of the firm which he is not aware of basic things like the start up pay if he is taken by a firm..pls advise is needed

He should start a law firm on a small scale. He does not need to have an office for a start. Phone contacts and internet should help him out and connect him to the outside world.

You failed to mention the Nature of the business that would guarantee him 50k daily? If it is genuine and legal can you link me up with that please? Well on deciding for your friend, i would say let him follow his passion, and in this case if taking up an appointment with a small law firm is what he wants because of his passion for the profession, then i would say he should better go with that, otherwise he can opt to become self-employed by going into business as an entrepreneur.
