It is not by power, or by might. It is not because we are better than the whole world, but its because God has given us the opportunity to do something. We must do it well. A nairalander who I have never met before has asked us to build a block of 6 flats of 3 bedrooms each for commercial renting. We have agreed the terms of the contract and work is set to start soon. As usual I will be providing update pictures, details and experiences. But if you want to find out how much it will cost, just stick around.
