Hi guys,
I made an application for a spouse visa in september 2012 and was refused I went on and made an appeal with a solictor in the UK, as part of the appeal process I was given a hearing date,on the day of the appeal hearing the representing visa officer overturned the decision, 3weeks later I received a phone call from the british high commission in lagos nigeria to submit my passport so my visa can be issued and its been 4weeks now since I submitted my passport and I still haven't heard from them to come collect my passport.please does anyone know how long I have to wait before I can get called to collect my passport.I would really Appreciate any answers.
