My Letter To All Nairalanders by Nobody: 1:46pm On Aug 16, 2013
My name is . And i hail from Ondo State. I am 16 years old and i graduated from secondary school 2 years ago.
I have a strong ambition to become a world class programmer, and i just realised i need to get into practice from my teens to become a pro as i gro older.
But something has been my hinderance. It is "Computer". Since the very start of this year i have been struggling to buy a computer that i can use to start learning programming languages, as i plan to study computer science. But i have not been able to buy it. The reasons are on the next paragraph.
I live with my in Ondo state. And my dad had since when i was a kid separated with my mum, as a result, struggling to cope with everyday. I don't even know where he lives. I also don't have any extended family i can relate with.
All i need is a kind hearted Nairalander who can help me buy a Laptop computer that meets the standards for programming.
Please help me, I beg of you all.
Thanks.

Edited..

You just registered 3 days ago and the only thread you can quickly open is a thread of asking for financial assistance to buy a laptop. Look, it doesn't work like that. You said you graduted from secondary school two years ago. What have you learned for the past two years about programming? Can you write a simple html line of code? You should because I can see you have a phone that can browse. You should have been reading some tutorials with your phone. You should also have even gone to cyber cafe at least once in a week and learn tutorials. So what exactly have you been doing all these two years?

Again, have you discussed with your mum about this? Did she tell you that you don't have any relation both maternally and paternally? Have you discussed this with your church pastor or the head of any religion you belong to?

You don't start learning programming by just owning a laptop. You need to tell us how far you have gone in your interest to become a programmer. I wanted you to say that you used to go to cyber cafe to learn and that you have learned this or that and that you don't have money again to pay for cyber cafe browsing time.

yes i registered 3 days ago but i have been known Nairaland since last year.
i had Nokia N95 which i used to practice HTML5 with Html Editor, But it got spoilt early this year. I attend C.A.C church. I see my pastor but not on this matter (other matters). Pastors around here are hardly financially capable and they are not civilized enough to care about a kid with such ambitions. And talking about my family, it's one those very dysfunctional families.

You are 16 years old. You dont know where your dad is. You live with your mum and she struggles to cater for you. You have no relation at all. You need a laptop because you said you want be a worldclass programmer. All your posts so far were done in Advert and Phone sections and none in Webmasters and Programming sections.

Here is one of your comment in a certain thread in Advert section:

WHeeZyBoyi:
do you mean naira master card?
What was the cost for ordering that tablet you posted in the above picture?
FOR INSTANCE if i wanted to order two samsung galaxy s4 mini, how much will it cost, shipping via Dhl?

You don't have someone to help you. You are 16 years old. And you are making inquiries about ordering two samsung galaxy s4 mini from abroad and ship them with DHL. You are 16 years old and you have no money to buy a laptop. And you are asking about whether the payment is with Naira MasterCard.

Look, it's either you face your future with diligence, hardwork and sincerity or you destroy it by trying to scam people. The choice is yours.

i was only asking that guy as question. he said it's free and i asked him if i could do it in the cafe because i dont have a computer and he told me that the shipping price is free and he also said that sometimes you'll be the one to pay for the shipping. About master card, i know there is GTB master card. please i am not a scammer, you have to believe me. pls i speak the truth. believe me.
