So if you haven't heard yet, MovieTimes has been available for Windows 8 and Windows Phone for almost a year, and it is now available for Android 2.2+ devices. I'm planning to release the iPhone, iPad and Blackberry 10 versions once I'm done with them.

It supports getting showtimes from all the cinemas: Genesis, Silverbird, Ozone and Filmhouse, and the good news is once you retrieve data from the cloud, you can use it offline with no data connection. Obviously, you'd have to refresh every week to get the new showtimes for new movies.
