bought some Gammon(salted Pork) in the store stoday and roasted it .Damn !! Too salty. I remembe Eran oniyo from way back(Salted lamb) after sallah.
I know that salt meet can be great if you know what your doing already thinking of trying in in Yam pottage but I just wondered wheter anyone has tried it before.I am excites just thinking of some ideas already. I guess the main thing is when u use it you cut out salt.
