Switch Off your phone for 3 hour... Den dial *12345*wp+#....... Then go back to settings and change the phone settings back to automatic.... Now you need a computer for rooting your device in order for you to fully assess your wifi...... I'll post the method later in the day for your asha phone..... Enjoy

You can aswell search this app on google "fiwi for asha" . Then install Nokia Drivers and wifi conductor. During installation, it will prompt for passengers. Stop and click YES. After installation. Dial *mumu#. Wifi will prompt u to search for open network. If found. you ar good to go but if no wifi hotspot found. You may need Droidvpn to access UK ip...

guy except is the hacked one you are telling him to download. I would have suggested the OP search Ovi Store and download it from there. There are three different versions at 4shared.com My phone engineer taught me how to hacktivate the wifi on my Asha 200.

That is what am using via First Bank wifi Ikole Branch.

3. Search Google 4 Pegasus Asha709 wifi HOTsPOT.

4. Download it and install. U r gud to go.

5. To use it, place ur phone within a range the sPOT of HOT wifi. Download any thing u want, even TV SETS, I mean tv series,etc

l did it 4 ma friend using Asha 200 and is working fine. Just #7,500 phone engineers charge to do it.

Yes na! Far brilliant than the op! Cos even an illitrate know wifi is a hardware nt software. Even if bad fone engineers hack his device to insert it, his phone software has to support it. And phone is nt pc, it does nt auto dectect and install a hardware, it has no drivers
