FAMILY PEACE RESTORED 9YRS DEAF AND DUMB HEALED

Brother Joseph Echie is from Rivers State in Emeoha Local Govt. Area. He joined Chosen in 2012. He was a baptist member before he changed over to Chosen. But because of his experience in his last church, he didn't join chosen immediately he stopped going to baptist church. He suspended going to church until last year when he heard the preaching of a Chosen pastor in his village one early morning. As he was hearing the preaching, he was half asleep, half awake, at last he fell down. When the pastor finished preaching he said, "anybody hearing my voice who wants to surrender his life to Jesus should close his/her eyes and pray with him." Brother Joseph closed his eyes and prayed with the pastor.

After that preaching and prayer, brother Joseph's heart was touched and he thanked God that he has seen a church where he would be worshipping. On Sunday of that same week, he traced Chosen in neighbouring village and began to worship with them in the church where the Pastor that preached in his village was pastoring. As soon as he saw the pastor, the pastor prayed with him and his mind was at rest, then he joined them in the worship and since then he has been a Chosen till today. He confessed that Chosen is the first and last bus-stop he has seen. He said he would never leave Chosen until he goes back home. Formerly his family was not at peace, he with his wife and children didn't understand themselves but now his wife is in good terms with him now.

As if that was not enough, the boy that happens to be his son, who was born deaf and dumb was healed. Before now the father had done everything possible to see that his son hears and speaks but to no avail. But yesterday (17th of August, 2013) that yoke was broken as the pastor prayed. The boy can now at last count 1-4 the father believes that he will soon be perfected. The boy is nine years but God of Chosen has started his work on him. Praise the Lord.
