Responsibilities:
Responsible for the implementation of company-wide Sales & Marketing initiatives.
Develop and implement the firm’s business development strategies in conjunction with other units within the firm- training, outsourcing, business solutions.
Develop & manage various client accounts across the various products and service offerings of the firm.
Ensure customer service quality and customer satisfaction of firm’s clients and expand service offerings to existing clients. Initiate business prospects/opportunities for senior consultants to follow-up/close out.
Develop other strategies for maintaining existing customer relationships and also identifying new ones.

Qualifications and Requirements:
First degree in social sciences/business related disciplines and higher degrees or professional qualifications i.e. CIPM, CMC or MBA.
Minimum of 1-3 years Sales & Marketing, Relationship Management, Customers Service experience
Must have worked or currently live in Rivers State.
