@op, Diamond Bank has an account for SMEs called DBXA (Diamond Business Express Account) If you operate it for 3months, you can access a maximun of N3m without any collateral. You can as well get their Credit card that can also avail you a few millions (depending on your cashflow) without N1 interest charge for your use for a period of 45days, which you can always revolve. Op, listen and listen good. 1) You dont need any bank loan with such amount of money (N6m) in ur hand. There's this money doubler in my village. That N6m will give you N18m within 30mins once he carries out his profession on the money. 2) You can easily pay the N6m into my amount and i'll five you the N5m. 3) Or do substitution with ur bank. Pay in the N6m into account and ask them to give you N5m. Am sure they'll do it asap. Your bank statement is not enough to grant u such loan. That amt of loan from an mfb is an unrealistic propostion so dont even bother. If you have anyone like a big uncle or family friend with assets that is ready to stand as a guarantor then u may be granted but may not be up to the amount upon evaluation. The bank is not looking at what u have in your account cos u can decide to withdraw the money at any time. It is what they can easily convert to cash in case of default they would be concerned about. Well,I don't know the type of business you are looking at but to me you can start with what you've got,honestly. However,if you have such amount of money(running) with FirstBank you have a chance. I am sure of this with FirstBank because there was a time my account officer offered me such opportuinity but I declined as I didn't need it. Meanwhile,if you don't mind getting it from an individual,I know of a money-lender in Ikorodu who can help you out with favourable terms and conditions. All the best op! |

Mr.Sky123: My friend, NEVER you collect a bank loan. The same way you got the N6m you have is the same way you can raise the extra N5m. I am talking from experience. Now banks are the ones running after me and I usually tell them off because by the grace of God, I have understood how to use what I have to get what I want. Everyone has that innate ability but most cannot tap into it because they are blinded or told this farcical myth that bank loans are necessary to do business. |

Young man, the fact is, you can get a facility worth that amount from any of the commercial banks depending on how well u package your business plan. Favorably, I did advise u to ask for the facility from the bank you have been operating with. If your business has sustance, the bank can take lien over your floating or fixed assets depending on which of them has the value to pay back incase of default. Its simple means that you re tied in completely. Try GTbank. Not the Advantium unit o. I mean the commercial banking group or the SME unit. With proper packaging, You will be suprised how many banks will be willing to lend "clean" to you. |
