CODE-EATER said it all, when i was about getting into coding, i posted such, even ready to pay, but nobody, i mean no single reply on the thread.
my advice is nothing different from what code-eater also said, just exactly what i did and yea, it really helped me, get online, visit some sites offering free programming courses like codecademy atleast for a beginner you will learn alot...also get good videos. i have alot if only you are close by and i promise you, if you are very dedicated to them all and have that enthusiasm to be a programmer in few months you should be able to write your buggy web application.

Not everyone has free time as you would have, we have to pay rents, besides i've always responded to people's email from nl about php, not everyone has free time or free access to internet, you might wanna think of that before generalizing.

@OP Its a pity that you ain't seeing eagerness in response, I have tried on several occasions in the past to help beginners but unfortunately most beginners I have encounter with are not willing to go the extra mile. They want everything laid out for them on a platter of gold and programming world does not offer such luxury. Its a world where you have to solve problem than wait for a problem to be solved for you........
Well congratulation you are have started with doing something, why not continue in that path and when you have a problem post it on this forum I am very sure someone out their will reply to it, welcome to the World of Programming!!!!!!!!

My opinion keep learning, when you encounter problems post it here, look at the number one post in this section, it is about programming for beginners, each programming language is well defined there.

I am just seeing this post, Interestingly, when i first came to nairaland i was under the same impression - now i know differently.
