Is the message "USB Device not recognized" or "DKU-5 not recognized"? or you simply do not get any response when you connect your phone? If the message is "USB Device not recognized", then I feel your cable or the USB port is faulty. Try the cable on another system to confirm which is faulty. If the message is "DKU-5 not recognized", then I have no suggestions because I've never seen such error before. If the just don't get a response when you connect you phone, then try this: - If you have PC suite installed, under the connection manager, make sure you enable cable connection. - Make sure you have PL-2303 driver installed. You can google a download link for it. I have not really used the DKU-5 cable but this should get you up and running hopefully Cheers! |

Maleeq has said all, however, if my memory serves me right, the dku-5 cable is a notoriously unreliable piece of hardware. . .which may account for your issues |
