the bold part should be your answer. Tell her to focus on her education and give the young man a chance to graduate before she holds him accountable for either having something to do or not. If the relationship is that bad and she is already considering the "suitors" then she might as well dump him and move on with her life

I dont think ur friend needs any advice on this. The fact dat she could give it a 2nd tot after 8yrs of relationship shows dat she doesnt mind "relocating". All she needs is an advice to move without hurting d guy n dat is nt possible.
