Please could anyone give me an idea of the cost of completing 5 rooms boys quarters with 2 toilets and 1 bathrooms and with 1 soakway.

This B&Q apartment is an addition to main building in a village at Kelga Rivers State. The rooms including toilet and bathroom are partially built and roofed remaining plastering, ceiling, painting, wiring, plumbing, and the soakaway.

So I need the cost for constructing soakaway, plastering, ceiling, painting, wiring all rooms including bathroom and toilet.

Any costs suggestion would be very highly much appreciated.
