Dentists advice you should take breakfast before brushing, always. Not just saturdays

I brush my teeth before meals ALWAYS. If there is no toothpaste, i'd simply starve.

It has become a habit for me. Old habits, sometimes, die hard. These dentists can even confuse someone sometimes. I tire for them.

I cant even picture myself not brushing b4 breakfast, neva knew it used to happen sef, we are all human beings and we make mistakes bt I can categorically tell u dat out of d 365 days in a year, I brush 364 days b4 eating breakfast.

Brush before.
Brush after.
Brush like 20 more times before next meal.
Repeat.
