Let us Agree on the premise that there is a GOD somewhere that is Omniscient,Omnipotent and Omnipresent (These are Probably the Most salient Feature of a Godhead) Then, What prompted the creation of Mankind, after living an eternity without us.Was it our cry from oblivion that we wanted to exist or was it to Test "his" own Might? Did eternity become boring as a result of being idle? The christian Fundamentalist would probably Say "To worship God" But then what is "his" Plan For mankind? Was it to live forever aimlessly in a Garden before his plan was Twarthed by one of his creations?(Which in itself is absurd,Can a painting sabotage the plan of its painter?) Why would an Omnipotent God need worshiping? Does Lack of worship diminish his Godhood? |
