Hey people, help a sister out. I'm presently having a hard time chosing which of these phones to buy. I need help from people who have used 1 or 2 of them to tell me what the pros and cons of the each phone is.

I have been using Sony Ericsson K700i for the past 1 year now, it has proven reliable and trust worthy. What is more, I can download MP3 into the phone and listen to my music anytime. Just make sure you dont buy any of the branded ones (those that came with either Orange, Vodafone etc). Such kind are not compatible with using your favourite MP3 as ringtones unless you go through some strenous formats. But on the whole, I can vouch for K700i as a good choice, if you like it.

babygirl i wud say u should go for a! sony eric K700i non branded one.the thin is dt i unfortunately went 2buy a branded one nd mp3 can't be used as RINGTONE.nokia is shit[color=Black][/color]

sendo x is quite good.but it aint lady like,
if u were a guy i wud advise u 2 go 4 it, thats the phone i use n its fabulous once u can keep up with firmware/software upgrades n the memeory is expandable
k700i is nice but its major drawback is ist limited memeory 41mb, unlike sen x 151,
so go 4 k700i, its ok

well i dont think you'll get a fair review if u try to balance ordinary fones wit smartphones. ur choice should be based on what u want in a fone. if its just to make and receive calls then go for whats cheaper, else opt for a smartphone be it nokia sendo or whatever as u can get a lot more done wit them. for instance i hav quickoffice in my sendo x which allows me to save, view and edit microsoft word, excel and power point docs and even send them as attachment via profimail client. i play mp3s, ogg, mod,xm,s3m and IT modular music formats as well as apple's AAC format. heck i even watch DVDs complete wit subtitles. all these are possible cos i installed tons of software. cant do that wit a k700, can i? now to the guy quoted above, i dont really get what u mean that u can only send data only from one sendo to another. not true. u can send/receive stuff from any symbian series 60 fone as well as java formats as long as they're java MIDP 1.0 compliant. this means that most nokia symbian series 60 like 7650, 3650, 6600 (only 6.1 stuff) and siemens sx-1 can talk to the sendo x, and these fones are rampant. besides, theres more software on the net for symbian series 60 than any other format. also so far as i know, sendo x is the only fone whose firmware is user-upgradeable (i.e u can flash it urself). but it all depends on wether u can tolerate a few bugs and glitches as sendo x has some (they all do, symbian, but sendo x is more pronounced). the best selling hooker on the sendo x is the mp3 player which has a sound co-processor that makes output rival the ipod. but u dont hav to get a sendo to get all the symbian PDA functionality. i recommend u go for a nokia 7610, but for better judgement take time off to read reviews by reputable online pros, then u decide wat u want in a fone. cheers.
