I am a phone engineer and wish to share some tips here with fellow nairalanders on how to repair basic phone fault see this as a first aid, with no need for a doctor, fellow phone engineer need not fear, this wont hurt, just basics.

For a start,
Your phone is not powering
If it was working before and will not power for no known reason, try and remove the battery, tongue it, scrub the gold connecting face of the batt. reinsert, it should work, if not try another person battery. If the other batt did not work also try see a phone engineer
