As of today the American Government has passed into law the use of a certain bio-chip called RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) Chip. This chip is to be implanted under the skin of the right hand or the forehead. It may sound like some sick influential individuals idea of the being funny but it is scientifically proven that this chip must be implanted at either of these specific locations because they are the most likely parts of the body where the bio-battery can remain charged.
