Ericsson is the first company to come up with a 4G mobile device. The device is called Ericsson Berta, like the name, the device looks ugly, looks more like some small tablet PC or some kind of gaming device or cheap copy of Nintendo handheld. The Berta can reach up to speeds of 300mbs using the LTE technology. LTE technology follows after 3G or turbo 3G, and is also called as super-3G. With this 4G Berta mobile device, Ericsson has started shaping the face of future mobile multimedia.

as of right now the phone will be a waste of money since no network will be able to utilise its full speed, the fastest you can get now is EVDO rev-b (even that isnt really used yet, most companies are just now starting to use EVDO revA |

wheither we appericiate it or not, or weither we are able to use it or not, the technology creators continue to improve. I think its better for us to get informed about what is happening in the TechnoPhone world |

4g when celtel's still battling with 2.5g gprs and mtn's 3g is not realy accesible to most people i guess we still have a long way to go when it comes to mobile technology |
