I sleep with my lights on cos i sleep light @ night, lil sounds wakes me up n don't want 2 search 4 d switch. Am not afraid of d dark cos i dey sleep if phcn carry lit but just want y others do plsss.

jst loves switching off d light...cos of d reflections...it dsturbs my eyes....and sleep...wen i off d light,,,d room dey calm....and sleep go come sharp sharp.....also lights brings heat.....lols...dats my own oooo....

I can't sleep with lights on, especially with naked bulbs. After much illumination during the day, the eyes needs rest too, plus you can't beat the tranquil feeling that comes with the lights off.
If you must sleep with lights, use a bedside lamp.
One nurse even told me there is an enzyme secreted in the brain at night when we sleep, and its only done in the dark! Someone who knows can help confirm pls

Sleeping with the lights off gives me that soothing feeling of a relaxed mind, a carefree dream, as well as sound alertness when I wake in d morning.
