mcgboye: I think most people who are able to download and immediately use it are folks who registered for updaate on the roll out on BBM.com. I downloaded it and was able to start using it on my iPhoneI agreed with you coz I signed up on the site for update immediately the official version has been released and I received an email today . I am enjoying bbm on my Samsung galaxy |

I will continue to use whatsapp because 1. I am fed up with waiting 2. Not all my friends have android phones or iphones 3. Not all my friends that have android phones have version 4.0 and above 4. There is no bbm for windows phones. ...but I will still install the app. 1 Like |

ciphoenix:The problem is from blackberry. http://gamecliche.com/bbm-connection-error-connection-found-installing-bbm-app/ If you have problems connecting your BBM app to the servers and get an error like ‘Unable to Complete Setup’ with the error ‘No Connection Found’. It says ‘Your connection to the wireless network is turned off. Restore your connection and try again.” Don’t worry this is a temporary issues and the only solution is patience. The problem could be due to high traffic. Just ignore this and leave it for a while for BBM to recover. Many people also get errors like “temporary server error has occurred”. All this issues are caused by servers being overrun. BlackBerry said that “6 million people signed up for information on BBM.com”. |
