Wat kind of food do you like best and which one do you hate?

For me my best food is fruit salads and raw vegetables, but i dont hate any food, so far it is edible.

Taking eko (wrapped palp) with milk is good for me.

Well, My best African dish wld be Fried Plantain & Eggs(my own kinda eggs), any day anytime

My worst, though some people might critisize dis, but Amala no dey do me, Cant evn remember the last time i ate it. Amongst all swallows it's the most boring of them all,

Forgot to mention, Suya with Masa,
Cant help myself, it's a tongue biting delicacy, You all shld try it out

Ziggy do u say unripe plaintain? U are really missing a highly nutritious food.
The food is medicinal and gives the body system blood.

Wat of Boli(roasted plaintain) and epa(groundnut)? Pls dnt avoid this kind of food.

Trust me it aint the skin color, thought i made mention of it, that Amala aint intresting to me, besides they dnt even eat the Black Amala in my house. They take the Very light one, almost as if it's Brown or so.
Nothing can make me Have to put that thing in my mouth, YUK!!!{Not trying to be a critic cos it's part of my native food}But i honestly jst dnt feel the meal

Pink white, light-brown, dark-brown Amala is Amala

It just depends in wat they grinded for the flour.

The light-brown is the original Amala - raw yams are cut and sun dry before it is grinded. This is the most costly of all.

The dark-brown Amala - they used the peel-off back of yam. It is affordable.

The white is called (Ilafu) - flour got from cassava. It is the less costly of all.
