fellow nairalanders, greetings to you all. this occurred to while i was eating. i want to know the difference of not eating stale food and fresh food. are there health benefits as regards eating either types of food, this has always been on my mind since i watched the movie MR & MRS. your opinion is needed, it will be fun. thanks
