I keep wondering. Granted we import a huge number of used cars every year but from around 2004 or thereabout there was a gradual increase in brand new cars patronage in the country. Coupled with the new law on increasing import duties on tokunbo cars, can Nigeria ever export used cars bought brand new in the country? |
