Hello mr seun; My ads has been approved and i want to target the Homepage. Kindly clear me on this; must i pay 56,727 naira at the go for my ads to run for 1 whole week? because i'm a bit confused on what you said "To load more credit, pay ₦5,000.00 or more". Does that mean i can place ad on board without payment or with part payment. |

@seun; i ve been waiting approval for my add on d property section for d past 6days after paying and my acct duelly credited,i ve mailed you twice on these yet no reply....better employ more people to handle your response link you cant do it all alone.....6days! And my ad is still pending approve and this is not my 1st time of advertising here...haba! |

^^^ facing same issue. Not even a mail to confirm you have gotten the money I sent. And the other time you claim to have a very active email system. I sent the money last Friday and today is Wednesday. How long will I still wait. |

Excellent customer service keep it up ok.if your system to check d ads is dwn fine no big deal but u owe ur customer d right to knw whats going on and updates not keeping us in d dark or am i d only person having pending placement problem even after you ve credited my accounts....#i am pissed#  |

If two advertisers vacate their slots in that section this weekend, your pending placement will become active. Our system is strictly "first come first served". The only thing we can do in a situation like this is to adjust the price a little bit in order to reduce demand. |

docconcepts.com:We will try our best to process these changes more quickly. One good trick to use is to upload the new banner as a new ad and place it on the same section, then when the new banner is approved, your new banner will start being shown immediately. Then you can un-place your old banner later. This ensures that you won't lose your slot while waiting for the new banner to be approved. In certain sections, this is important. |
