 The pageant has taken place and the new owner of the crown is Miss Venezuela Gabriela Isler. She is the 2013 Miss Universe!!  The competition took place earlier today at Crocus City Hall in Moscow, Russia. Gabriela beat 88 other beauty queens including 10 from Africa to emerge Miss Universe 2013. She will over from Miss Universe 2012 Olivia Culpo from the United States.  It was a particularly sad night for Nigeria’s Stephanie Okwu and the other africans as none of the contestants made the semi final (top 10). The top 10 were beauty queens representing India, Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Ecuador, Ukraine, USA, Brazil, Great Britain, Philippines and Spain [img] 1st Runner-up: Spain 2nd Runner-up: Ecuador 3rd Runner-up: Philippines 4th Runner-up: Brazil Congrats to Gabriela Isler.
