Hotel management from time past has been a very lucrative business with an enormous capital requirement and Hoteliers know what customers want ranging from;security,conducive environment,intercom facilities,internet access(WI-FI),a well air-conditioned room,car wash,a functional restaurant and bar,car park,a swimming pool,holiday resort facilities,a conference room(hall) etc and as such,provide all these for their customers.

I've discovered that people (politicians,businessmen,yahoo boys) leave their family and apartments to spend nights in the hotels.Infact,some even book for a year accommodation and others for weeks or months as the case may be.

Furthermore,hotels have however become centres and venues for most syndicates' nefarious activities in recent times and this is becoming worrisome and hence,everyone who lodges in a hotel is therefore tagged and given a sinister looks.The experience I've acquired whilst I was a receptionist made me realise that most people would prefer relaxing in the hotel to their own houses provided the bill per night is affordable and some even give no damn about the price.

What other reason(s) can be adduce to this trend?

Married couples can check into a hotel when they need a break from the usual hassle of the home front.

I can't imagine myself working & end of the month i receive my salary of less than 50k, how much will i use to lodge, save, buy some other tins. Except u hit illegal money or u hammer big time, then d thought of u lodging in a Hotel will come to ur mind

Ofcourse,u're talking.But I've seen some people who don't have plans for their salary.At the end of the month,they go spend the weekend in the hotel with gals and larvish the lil change they have received,what about that?But,this isn't the main issue,if one must go to the hotel,I think he must have a hidden agenda which he/she doesn't want people to be aware of.Besides,this motive could be fishy u know!

Yea,I use to remember couples who come weekends and infact during the weeks to relax.So,why can't they make their house(s) as comfortable as possible for themselves?

Other people do the cooking,the clean up and laundry,try it sometime if you are married . You are there to be served so you can relax.

Hotel is simply all about comfortability and Hospitality i.e Home away from Home !!!

If U re what Yoruba people call ''Ajala'' (Traveller/Tourist/Diplomat) , U won't do without Hotel as well as the comfort along with it !!!

It is not all about Bad Motives, If U have the cash, u just have to relax in a suite and allow yourself to be treated ( Not sex ooo) !!!

And Op, If U sleep alone in those magnificient bed under the AC without some flesh(no Homo) by urside, tis quite tempting !!!


Speaking from Experience, but with God, we are able to hold Body and Soul together till Marriage

hotel is safer for most people.
besides, some people like things to be done for them. laundry, clean sheets, clean towels, exotic food, etc. it's the best life when your company is picking up the bill for you.
