PROCEDURE: (BOARD N LOAD) / (CALL N LOAD)
1. The Buyer and the Seller sign the contract agreement listing terms and conditions of transaction and indicating buyer and seller banking coordinates with valid vessel details.
2. Seller meet with buyer paymaster to confirm readiness to pay as soon as loading is confirmed.
3. Buyer takes sellers supercargo on board buyers vessel to open communication with sellers loaded vessel.
4. Buyers paymaster make lodging logistics available at any choice hotel of the seller.
5. Seller vessel long sides with buyers vessel and discharge product.
6. Upon confirmation of buyers vessel loaded, Paymaster for the product and commissions within 24hrs of loading and every body disperses.
7. Seller Provide Buyer with documents for the cargo at the expense of the Buyer.
8. Payment is made for Cargo and Broker s commissions to the designated accounts in the contract.
9. Above process is repeated for next transaction, till contract concluded.
