i have been eating fresh and well packaged honey recently and it felt good. use for my Lipton tea use it for my Custard pup use it for my Garri Drink i sometimes mix powered peak milk with honey, i combine them togather and then eat the air out of them. this honey is so sweet, but i am just scared in the back of my mind if its healthy to eat honey in replacement for sugar? tried google and google is not helping. is there any other person who eat honey aswell? |

Yes it's more healthy than taking sugar because of its natural constituents and minerals. |
