Sleep helps the body repair, recuperate and balance. When you fall asleep, your brain waves become active, sending stimuli to different organs of your body to recuperate, repair or balance.

During puberty your hormones produce more thin semen and sometimes it over fill the Epididymis causing semen to lurk around. When you overfill a cup, what happens? It overflows right?
