There is something I just noticed in Naija home videos....

U have a scene where a Policeman comes in, to make an arrest. He goes... "hey.... U have the RIGHT to remain SILENT.... bla bla bla bla..."

Im simply wondering and asking.... How can u give someone the right to remain silent... I just dont know how to place it...

Can anyone help?

It's called the Miranda rights.

It is used in the USA but I don't know how it applies in Nigeria. A lawyer in the house can shed more light on this.
